2. We’ll review the test results with you and help you choose the correct hearing aids.

3. We’ll collect your copay using the United Healthcare Hearing website.

4. Once your new hearing aids arrive in our office we’ll contact you to schedule your fitting.

2. Pay the associated copay and nothing more.

3. Tech Level copay amounts:

   1. Basic $175 per ear

   2. Essential $425 per ear

   3. Classic $800 per ear

   4. Premier $1225 per ear
