1. Humana has contracted with TruHearing to administer their hearing aid benefit.

2. You have to work with an office who is contracted with TruHearing.

3. Pure Hearing is in-network with TruHearing and we provide additional benefits.

2. We’ll review the test results and help you choose the best hearing aids for you.

3. We’ll contact Truhearing while you are in the office and you pay your co-pay directly to them.

   2. Premium $999 per ear. + Plus $50 if you want rechargeable.

Two Options:

1. TruHearing 6 RIC -Advanced. This is the same hearing aid as the Signia Pure 5 AX non rechargeable version. It has a 312 size battery. Your copay is $699 per ear.

2. TruHearing 6 RIC -Premium. This is the same hearing aid as the Signia Pure 7 AX non rechargeable version. It has a 312 size battery. Your copay is $999 per ear. (If you want the rechargeable version it’s $50 per ear extra)
