2. We’ll review the test results with you and help you choose the correct hearing aids.

3. We’ll collect your copay using the United Healthcare Hearing website.

4. Once your new hearing aids arrive in our office we’ll contact you to schedule your fitting.

2. Pay the associated copay and nothing more.

3. Tech Level copay amounts:

   1. Basic $375 per ear

   2. Essential $625 per ear

   3. Classic $1000 per ear

   4. Premier $1425 per ear
