The 5s is the tech level that we feel is the best for most people. It is a great mix of excellent hearing and cost savings. The difference between the 5s and the 7s is just not big enough for the price difference and that is why we usually recommend the 5s.

How does the remote fitting work?

Signia’s Silk hearing aids offer some but limited remote adjustments.

1. Purchase the hearing aids.

2. Silk Hearing Aids REQUIRE a hearing test before we can ship them.

3. Send us your hearing test and we will pre-program the hearing aids.

4. We can fine tune your hearing aids remotely after you receive them.

5. We provide ongoing support via video, phone, text, email and the mail.

Silks remote adjustments are sent to your hearing aids via an app on your phone. It works really well for general adjustments but does not provide the full “in-office-like” video sessions offered by other hearing aids.
