Which Phonak Virto Model Should I Choose?

Phonak offers four different technology levels, including the following: P90, P70, P50, P30. We are happy to answer any questions you might have regarding the different levels of technology. Keep in mind that every level uses the same casing, microphones, and chip so they will all have the same approximate life span and they all have exceptional sound quality. Generally speaking the poorer your hearing and the more socially active you are means that you will make better use from the higher end features.

We find that as a general rule most people find the best value at the P50 level.

How does the remote fitting work?

If you already have a hearing test, great, send it to us and we will pre-program your hearing aids before we ship them to you. If not, no worries, we can ship you the hearing aids, help you connect them to your smart phone, and then perform a remote hearing test. The process works as follows:

1. Purchase hearing aids using insurance, financing, or with a card.

2. We’ll ship you your new hearing aids.

3. We’ll help you connect your new aids to your smartphone.

4. We’ll perform a hearing test using your new hearing aids.

5. We’ll customize your hearing aids via a zoom-like video call.

6. We provide ongoing support via video, phone, text, and email.
